I think its ludicrous that they can attach some BS to a totally unrelated bill and get things done that way. Of course I know thats how these idiots get things done and that theyve been doing it for years; but it doesnt change the fact that its a crock of whoooeeee. I truly think the practice is crooked as it gets!
