Here I am again, after some good sleep. Two more affiliate managers replied!
Poker.com
1) Do you carry over negative balance?
No, there is no negative carry over on any plan. The Poker.com affiliate program currently pays monthly and each account is reset to zero on the first day of the month. In addition, side game wins (blackjack, casino games etc) will never affect your poker earnings. Unlike other programs that mix poker and casino into the same balance, any side game wins will never reduce your poker revenue share, therefore your balance of rake commission is always guaranteed each month. Affiliates receive 40% revenue share on both poker and side games, however one does not affect the other.
2) Is the winning player removed from the account?
No. Affiliates retain players for life.3) The webmaster has to request a non negative carry over agreement?
No. By default, every affiliate receives the same 40% (no carry over) commission program, there is no need to negotiate these special requirements.4) Any restriction?
No.

Slots24
1) Do you carry over negative balance?
Play effects
Negative play balances are always zeroed at the start of each new month. This is reflected in our Affiliate Payment summary, as a positive value offsetting the negative. This allows our Affiliates to still see that if there was a negative, and to see that the zeroing was completed correctly.Chargebacks or Confirmed Fraud effects
The only negative balance that could be carried over is the effect of a successful Chargeback or confirmed Fraud, as this is income that neither the casino or the affiliate has anymore. This however is NOT the full value of the chargeback/fraud, but only the affiliate portioned amount of the revenue earned.2) Is the winning player removed from the account?
No. This would be unfair to the affiliate, as the player will more than likely put it all back in during the following month.3) The webmaster has to request a non negative carry over agreement?
Nope, it’s part of our standard T&C’s.4) Any restriction?
None, other than point 1
