No, winning players are not removed from an affiliate’s account.

As we do not carry over a negative balance, the affiliate need not ask!

As for the “restriction” question, I should have specified that I meant if we needed to be a special kind of affiliate. An old affiliate, a new affiliate, or a big affiliate. Some programs have special rules.
