Promotion is simple, each JV partner uses his own methods – banners on website, existing mailist, forum post … whichever method your prefer – except NO SPAM. Any JV partner reported to use Spam techniques will be investigated (fairly easy to prove, since each has his own unique promo URL and there is incentive for using it) and excluded from program.
In addition to that on current member signup page, until event starts, register form replaced with “early notification subscription” form. Basically any person interested to participate, as member will have to sign up for notification (list will not be used for ANY other purpose). I’ll be running separate promotion for that page to get as many people interested in event as possible. Promotion to members by JV partners will begin 5 days prior to event start. As I mention before – I provide all tools necessary for product promotion. Some banners are still in process of being created but I still have plenty of time
At this point I’m recruiting JV partners and do not advise advertising member signup page (unless you don’t have your own mailist, then please contact me for options), only invite other possible JV partners. Now is a good time for partners to submit their gift, test their subscription and OTO pages, enough time to create a gift if necessary. I put very few restrictions when it comes to gifts, when properly presented and marketed even a subscription itself to a good strategy (private or members only) newsletter can be a gift … I only provide with opportunity to access opt-in leads, their retention will be responsibility of each JV partner.
