Yeah, and the attorney will surely stand by your side should the events happen not exactly the way he has predicted… Even if he is right and the court will eventually acquit you (should there theoretically be any charges) i neither have the will to spend first few weeks/months in jail nor time to spend another few in courts. Id rather be diving off the cost of Mexico.
The question really is: 1. Do you have much to loose if there was something to happen? 2. Is it absolutely necessary for you to be present in Vegas at that time? The answer for those both is a sound: 1.YES, 2.NO in my case so im simply not making it to Vegas this year.
