With all respect, thats utter BS. I was a player and on your mailing list until I requested my acount to be closed and to be removed from the mailing list. I have spoken to live chat a gazillion times, mailed you, done the auto removal request and still the “junk mail” keeps coming from CR on a weekly basis.
I am on the brink of reporting you to spamcop since it seems impossible to get off your lists, just received a new mail a couple of hours ago.
