I used to hold shark in the highest regard as alot of the members of a forum I belonged to a few years back were thrilled with them. I used to play there regularly but my gambling was getting out of control so I requested to have the account closed and taken off any promotional lists. This was never done, so I corresponded with Laura and she said the account was now closed and I was taken off the list. Well to make a long story short I got an offer from one of their reps about a huge deposit bonus, so I figured I would try to log in to see if she did what she promised she would do and lock my account. Being on this end of the business now, I would never promote a casino that uses these kind of techniques. This was not just a mishap, maybe the first time they did not close my account but after Laura had confirmed my account was closed and I would not be recieving anymore emails, and then I got the promotional offer 2 weeks later and was able to log in and deposit, it was clear to me that this casino will stop at nothing to earn the all mighty buck.
