ICANN are next to useless. I really wish they were more like the UK’s Nominet who actually DO something.
ICANN told me: “We forward problem-reports as a courtesy to the sponsoring registrar for assistance, ICANN does not resolve individual customer service complaints.”
So they’re NOT here to help anyone.
