I have two domains with them, and I can say that my experience is normal.
I don’t think they are scamers.
Yes, they have serious fails with the support and tickets are answered many days after the submission.
A lot of bad press about Rfly at webhostingtalk, but until I know no one person may proof a real scam from this company.
Anyway I do not recommend this company.
There are better options.
