No problem. I understand your point. I just don’t happen to subscribe to it. I believe the SEO contest was an effort to recruit those SEO’s who spam the SEs. As a result of this, I believe it is CPays responsability to clean that up.
However – if I did not think that CPays actively recruited these spammers, then I would feel a bit differently. I would think that any time they received a spam notice – they would remove that active account and confiscate funds.
My opinion, take it for what it is worth.
