It appears that Neteller charged you two currency exchange fees – once for converting dollars to canadian and then converting back to dollars. I have heard that Neteller does charge a 1.9% fee to adjust for “currency fluctuations”

1 US Dollar = 1.1269 CAD
$1000US x 1.1269 x 0.981(1.9%f ee) = $1105.4889CAD
$1105.4889CAD x 0.88739 x 0.981(1.9% fee) = $962.36
A few cents short of what you have in your account, but I don’t how they round their numbers.
Send neteller an email, and see if they’ll adjust it for you, the whole thing seems pretty shady since I’m sure that you’ll be hit with another fee for withdrawing money in canadien dollars :shooter: –
