ok maybe this would help, like I said this is an “affiliates only” loyalty program.
Ideas I had:
1/offer a tiered percentage payout based on number of players accquired per month, so say 30% base with up to 40% depending on number of players accquired.
2/ or for again long-term purposes, every month u hit a certain target we add a percentage point on to your payout up to at most say an extra 10%
3/As well as cash give aways for top performer, top newcomer, this would be on a monthly basis
4/And maybe tv, trips, or other giveaways?
Thoughts anyone?
1/ Good. But say: this month’s players will generate 40% instead of 30% FOREVER. I mean, nice to have 40% if you have the number of sign-ups, bit if you have to KEEP ON doing those figures, it’s not a positive motivator anymore. So far my knowledge of psychology, and stress management.

2/Good, but also: make it permanently or don’t do it. IMHO.
3/ I don’t like ‘top new affiliate’ stuff, because it’s an existing big affiliate who signs up for another program who wins anyway. Or, worse, a blackhat SEO guy. Like DOm said: focus on personal improvement. (But again, everything you give, give it permanently.)
4/TV’s and trips are welcome. May be you can offer a choice to affiliates? You say: Get this trip to Vegas instead of $600 commission. Here’s why: tax avoidance. Most affiliates do not have companies and all of us want a TV or a vacation once in a while. For those, if they have to pay the vegas trip themselves, they have to pay income tax first on the commissions, which can be quite high.
