Well, it’s not a secret, when CNN is happy to tell everyone who will listen. Especially when legislators are caught in the net as well. You can be sure there will be lots more publicity as trial dates approach.
Seems we need more discussion and not less. Secrecy seems to cause more problems than it solves. Ignorance is no defense when you break the law.
