If i read between the lines correctly then
1. You have tracked the one who is responsible for this.
2. He is not just another individual, he is somehow connected directly to one of the programs.
I think that if it was “just” another individual, you would post his info already.
I respect your right to keep it secret but i can’t help wondering, if the roots of this are in a program.. why not let us know? why protect the interest of such a program?
