Bluehost is nice, especially if you want to have multiple domains on one server (be careful up duplicate IP linking though).
I would hire a designer and have him spice up your site with some “liquid” tables. These move to everybody’s browser no matter what their resolution. See what I mean by clicking one of the links in my sig.
