According to cpays “terms and conditions” it would appear cpays has two choices.
1. “close your account”
2. “transfer your earnings to the original content creator”
I think both should be applicable. Close the content thieves account and reimburse Peralis. I strongly believe cpays should not profit from affiliates who steal content.
3.5 Responsibility for Your Site
You will be solely responsible for ensuring that materials posted on your site are not libelous or otherwise illegal, and that all the content of your site is original or otherwise has the permission to be published by the original creator. We disclaim all liability for these matters.
Further, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) relating to the development, operation, maintenance, and contents of your site.
We do not support nor give hand to any kind of content stealing or copying (i.e. site scraping), and we reserve the right either to close your account if you will be proven to use such methods ? or to transfer your earnings to the original content creator.
