Yeah, I know NETeller should like my site, and I tried to explain that to the Godaddy abuse department. I thought NETeller would be supportive of a site like this, since my site is (indirectly) bringing in money for NETeller. Godaddy’s response: “Well, your site is bringing in money for you…”
Ass. Of course the site is bringing in money for me! But it was also indirectly helping NETeller by sending people to reputable casinos where they would (hopefully) use NETeller to make frequent deposits. My site wasn’t competing with NETeller; it was providing information for people wanting to play at reputable casinos that accept NETeller.
No, I didn’t talk directly to NETeller. I probably made a mistake by not doing that. :plain:
I am going to launch a new NETeller-themed site over the weekend. If this type of thing ever happens again, I will definitely touch base with someone at NETeller.
LadyH — the information they attached was a screenshot of the site’s home page. They didn’t specifically describe what was wrong with it; they only told me to remove the “offending content” and showed me a picture of my whole site. That was most unhelpful. sleepy.gif
