Wasn´t that exactly what I just said? German players are not permitted to play at foreign gambling outfits. Just because it currently isn´t prosecuted by the German state doesn´t mean it´s legal.
What is feasible and what is legal are often two different things. It´s feasible to rob a bank and get away with it but it´s not so legal.
The question is for how long you´ll get away with promoting casinos to Germans.
And if you´re German promoting casinos to German players you are definately breaking the law.
