I hear this kind of stories many times in hosting forums, but it is the first time I have a real issue from a legitimate webmaster affected.
The last I hear is that godaddy deleted 200 domains hosted in a russian server.
Anyway it is a matter of concern when proffesional people are affected with bogus complains.
A lot of real merchants are moving from GDaddy for this reason.
