Well, I think calling us a rogue operation is absolutely ridiculous. First Fidelity is hardly a fly-by-night company, so please refrain from judging us guilty by association. We are not in this business for the quick buck and have been a solid operation for years.
I personally find your stories interesting, these are actually the first complaints I have heard about our casino software. The Casino is something we have constantly been improving over the last year, so your feedback (despite all your accusations) is appreciated.
Anyway, you two slammed us without providing account numbers or any sort of proof so I’m not sure what you are trying to do here…
All I can say at this point is player complaints happen with any company our size, and that we have a huge, well trained customer service department to handle them.
You want to continue this, please feel free to send me an email with the account info and anything else you feel is relevant. Let’s be clear though, this is an AFFILIATE board, I am NOT directly involved with the Casino product but I would like to see what issues you two are talking about.
