To be honest, I can’t believe that these sports betting people have the balls to set foot in the USA. They obviously know that any place which accepts telephone bets for sports wagering is in violation of US law and the DOJ has a conviction (Jay Cohen) to prove it. Why any of them would come into the states is beyond me. I will not promote sports betting sites for this very reason. While I do not think they will go after affiliates, I am not willing to chance it over a few bucks.
