Law seems too ambiguitive. I have a friend in Washington St. I have a Gaming orientated site hosted in California; I’m from California. Does this mean if I travel to Washington to see my friend I can be charged? How about while im there I do nothing to my site in the form of updates? What if I do? What if Todd Hosts his Website in another state and does all updates while at a BC coffeehouse? Can they prosecute him? How about if Todd gives up his Wash St. Residency and becomes a Oregonian? Clarification is needed on this law big time!
