Its all rubbish anyway. All 4411 does is re-inforce the bank Wire ACt bu restricting banking methods.

A) It doesn’t appear to affect e-wallets
B) How the hell are banks going to check every transaction
C) Gaming companies will just use 3rd party providers to disguise the fact
D) It still has to go through Senate and the guy at the top

and

E) We’re not even onto 4777 yet.

Long long way to go before this has any, if any, effect IMO.

If this was the only thing in the bill I wouldn’t be scared. I don’t think anybody has been able to make a gambling deposit for about 3 years now with a credit card.

What scares me is the part that says they’re going to have Internet providers block ISP addresses of gaming sites.

This scares the hell out of me for a million reasons. Not only will gaming sites be blocked but what about affiliate sites that we all run? What about finding any information on the net about gambling? This to me looks like a blatant violation of the 1st amendment and it doesn’t look like any of the legislators care.

With all the crap that’s on the Internet I can’t believe gambling would be the first thing they would go after. There’s child porn on the net, hell I seen a website taking you step by step on how to get away with murder. But hey, let’s go after Poker, what a bunch of shit!!!!
