Dominique, you said you’ve seen this happen before. Does anyone have links/info about exactly what has gone on in the past? When did a similar bill pass the house? Has it happened more than once? Time between passage of the house bill/debate by the Senate? Or did it even get that far? Will they have to reconcile the Kyl bill?
