If they only stopped bundling and carrying over negatives they would not need all these incentives and intensive push campaigns.
People would flock to promote them anyway because they convert decently.
Instead, their managers impose themselves on your life, try to hand out little pieces of carrot to make up for the carried negatives, and try to practice some psychological domination thing.
They try to make affs feel loyal because managers harp on the friendship theme. They cut aff income down in general, but hand out incentives if the aff falls in step and accepts being bossed around for little rewards that don’t amount to what true earnings should be.
That’s my experience, and I don’t like being treated like that.
