MD – “my new idea”? You can’t be serious. How do you think magazines work? The top 5 competitors in the sector i’m looking at all take paid advertising.
Where in my reply have you seen this “new idea”? I didn’t say it is a new idea. I did say “new system” but don’t judge me by my english pls.

You look at things as “your problem.” I look at it as I bring traffic, someone else can pay me to get in front of it. There are tons and tons of sites that work that way. For some reason you think affiliates are the only way. There are several very experienced people that would tell you other wise.
No i don’t see things as “your problem”. Vice versa, if you have high volumes of targeted gambling traffic or any other niche traffic someone will be interested in paying for and you are willing to sell, i wish you all the best and success.

I don’t deny there are many sites that sell advertising this way. Everyone is entitled to decide how to earn his money.

Basically regarding your post, there are two options

1 – sell it to programs for X amount of money

2 – join an affiliate program, and earn an unknown amount of money.

Your approach was what turned my red lights on. You have aggressively attacked the affiliate program system and introduced it as:

Affiliate programs are awesome for the casino, bad for the affiliate

Say What?
Affiliate programs existed before the internet marketing has started and they are common all over the world. It is a marketing method that’s not dedicated to gambling as you know and i can assure you there are millions all over the world making a living from being salesmen, distributors or any other commission earners.

I am not disqualifying you approach, what i am trying to say is that it’s only good if you have huge amounts of traffic in a steady manner. it can certainly provide you a steady high income.

On the other hand, there are affiliates that don’t get high traffic volumes. Yet, they do manage to send players and earn high income per their low traffic.

It’s not about quantity, It’s about QUALITY.
If you have targeted traffic AND you market the casino’s wisely.. you can earn 4,5 figures of a quite steady income within less than two years.
Moreover, during these two years you also establish higher amounts of traffic and earn more.

Another thing you choose to discard in your post.
Affiliate programs were made by people – for people. Their start up commission modles are subject to negotiation in any given moment. If you have high volumes of converting traffic. You might be surprised to see the offered commission percentages for people with a greater potential than the average.

Please consider there are many newbies here, people who have familes to provide. Why take the wind out of the sail?
