Thanks for your great feedback everyone. So the thumbs are pointing down for distributing CDs.
Perhaps the affiliate programs should give us more feedback whether CDs are successful or not. Surely they will know if some of their affiliates continue to use CDs.
Looks like you really need to target your audience then if using CDs.
