Folks, I pretty much stay in the background in much of the workings and postings of CAP activities. I’m not as gifted as most of you folks are in affiliate promotions. However, I stick with it just the same. 888 Casino did not get to this stage voluntarily. They resisted all previous attempts to attend to this matter as they were asked to repeatedly. The only thing that brought them to their currant position was the action this forum was forced to implement.

Do we erase all the efforts it took to bring them to the table and do the right thing? I don’t think that is a wise choice. I think that all those postings about 888.com in our web pages should stay intact and updates posted as required progress is made. For those who argue we are continuing a war I disagree. Leaving those postings intact sends a message to other affiliates and affiliate programs that if you partake in the same advertising campaigns and behavior with disregard to the consequences you will eventually have to deal with us at some point and time.

During all the above campaign by these rogue affiliates and 888.com many of our members lost revenue which will never be regained by any future actions 888.com presents. Their rogue affiliates and they profited pretty good while the getting was good. If we are forced to implement a campaign against any affiliate program to bring them to the tables to do the right thing then this should be the price and consequence that affiliate program should be required to pay. There should be no free pass if we have to take the action we were forced to implement against 888.com.

I’m not saying we should run their name into the ground and crush them out of existence. On the contrary. If they continue to cooperate then sure lets promote and continue to work with them. But, let’s not let them or anybody else forget what it took to get them there. For other affiliate programs that think they can over look the actions their affiliates use to bring them traffic and profits let these postings serve as lesson of what can happen if they persist in their thinking

Very impressive post. I applaud you, my friend.
