I AM STILL CONFUSED..
Was Integrity contacted by the law and told, “Shut down/sell your operation or you will be prosecuted”, thus giving him an option to comply
OR
Was he told–“We know what you have been doing, we’re coming after you whether you shut down, cease etc or not”, thus NOT giving him an option to comply?
