2) If eCOGRA define bonus abuse and get the players paid out.
3) If eCOGRA eradicated unwanted spam.
4) If eCOGRA address the unwanted malware/scumware/spyware/adware issue.
5) If eCOGRA demand responsible operator conduct in all aspects.
