Who has the final say isn’t the end-all of this issue.
Certainly the “non-executive” directors do have influence, and at least on of these men has a definitive conflict of interest.
Whether or not you have a link on their site, surely you can see the issue we have with this???
Is it possible that we have that addressed, at long last?
