Actually this is not fact and is untrue. Unless you have FACTUAL information which you are privy to, if so please share.

Yah-but…that is what it says on the eCOGRA site, verbatum…

Quote:
eCOGRA’s constitution is structured such that the non-executive independent directors will always have control over board decisions, thereby guaranteeing eCOGRA’s autonomy from affiliated software providers and operators.

Your credibility is slipping here.

What I would like addressed is why this man:

Quote:
JOHN ANDERSON: John Anderson is the Chief Executive Officer of 888.com. Prior to joining 888.com, John was Chief Executive Officer of Burford Group plc and prior to that John spent 26 years at Ladbroke Group plc (Hilton plc) where he was a main board Director.

is a “non-executive director” with “the independent standards authority of the online gaming industry”, and what effect this has on eCOGRA’s conduct.

I think we all would simply like to have this addressed. It has been requested ad nausium on the boards, but it has NOT been addressed.

At the very least, eCOGRA’s credibility is on cracked ice. How can you be an independent organization with that structure? I would sincerely like to know the answer, because I WANT to respect eCOGRA, but the above mentioned facts leave me wondering…

P.S. Before anybody attacks my post, realize that it is an honest question, using quotes from eCOGRA’s website itself, and I do believe I am writing about legitimate concerns.
