I doubt they allow different house advantage percentages at different casinos. It wouldn’t make sense from a financial standpoint to allow each casino whatever payback percentages they want, aside from possibly starting out the base payout on a progressive machine. I don’t think casino licencees would trust Microgaming or the players.
