I’m kind of getting a giggle out of this entire thread to be honest.
The entire casino affiliate busines is pretty much illegal if you live in the US. To say “not giving cash” makes it “more legal” is funny to me.
Basically what you’re doing is getting a “cut” of a bookie’s winnings based on players you sent to him/her. Would you want to explain that in court?
There was a guy arrested in New Jersey several months ago.
I say just realized you’d probably lose this argument in 99% of the courts in the US. Just accept that and work around it.
