If people are using neteller to evade tax then they deserve to be prosecuted for it. I pay a shed load of tax so why shouldn’t everyone else who trys to avoid it. Anyway i received an email back from neteller and all they wan’t is a bank statement copy emailing along with the new details and photo id.
