I can only say that I don’t feel comfortable with them, and recently expressed that in detail to them by email. I don’t give them much time or exposure because I don’t feel comfortable enough that things are as they should be. I understand that in life, things aren’t perfect and mistakes, bugs, flukes happen. But they’re smart, they make sure they don’t give us enough information in the stat area to catch things ourselves really. Unlike some other programs. I can only speculate that things don’t seem right, and there’s nothing then I can do to correct anything if I can’t specifically show a problem without doubt.
Not long ago, I had a discrepency with my stats at another MGS group, but was able to point it out without question, so they cut me a separate check, twice actually. I can’t do that with Referback’s info, there’s not enough there.
Recently when I expressed my concerns to them and asked for more data for the past 6 months, because I didn’t feel comfortable with their accuracy after their recent double payment and then asking for the first one back 4 days later… after agreeing with me, and a month of waiting, all I got was the same information I can see myself, and a $48 payment to Neteller. I wasn’t pleased. The $48 payment was something they said they found from about 6 months prior, that they didn’t know why was that way but I wasn’t paid for. Now I really wonder. Not only did they just goof up sending me 2 payments last month, two different amounts, 3 days apart, then ask for the first one back 4 days after.. but they themselves said there was this $48 or something.. hanging around unpaid I guess from 6 months ago? And all they give me is the promise that I CAN trust them and everything is right.
Hmmm.. if everything is RIGHT, then I sure would appreciate enough clear detailed stat information to be able to see when it’s not right. Like what caused the exta mistaken payment I had to return. And how come the payment 6 that was short $48 I guess, was short and hanging around. I guess I could have spotted that one in going back month by month in the archive area compared to my payments. But I couldn’t find my payment report information for recent months until I questioned the last 6 months. Maybe I just missed it in archives. I thought I had looked there, maybe not. Had I not questioned them at all, I wouldn’t have gotten the $48 though, and though it’s not the amount, it is the point. I normally do always check that I’m paid the same amount a program report says I should be. Of course, this is probably what I get for trying NOT to be a pain in the a## back then when I might have just been confused.
I’ve experienced so many technical difficulties in playing at Belle Rock myself and claiming promos, as well as a few other things.. more than any other casino group from my experience. And unfortunately it’s hard for me to have that faith because of it.
I’m not saying they are dishonest intentionally, but I do think they are at the top of my list for technical goof-ups.
I can’t say for sure anything is wrong. But my gut feeling is that something is wrong.
