I think we are all confusing two different toppics here..
The question was should they be allowed to promote.. not should they be allowed to gamble.. looking back to the polls thread.. I’m pretty sure there are alotta folks here promoting, that don’t gamble at all.
If they are promoting, then the only laws I can see that they are breaking, are the same laws the rest of us keep an eye on every day..
If they are playing, then they are breaking a law.. yet, they are minors, so they only risk being tried as a minor..(if in the US) and having a minor record (the kind that politely disapears upon request as soon as you become an adult)
