These chaps are not gambling they are in the same business that we all are. How is it that someone 18+ 21+ or what ever age has more freedom of speech than a 16yr old?
Afraid of the law? Well I am sorry, but if its illegal its not going to matter if youre 16 or 50, they will get you. That said I wouldnt have a problem with a 16yr old in our marketing / advertising business.
