I look at it like this. I hate pops, I hate sites that use pops. Everyone I’m around enough to know their browsing preferences feels the same. That makes it an easy decision for me.
Oh, and exit pops always seemed like “giving up” to me. Rather than desparately trying to get that click as they head off to the rest of cyberspace, why not just work on building better content so they have more reason to bookmark and come back? I’ll get ’em the second time around.
