It’s your same player moving through the casinos. So you are not risking the proceeds you could be getting from additional visitors, it’s still that one player you sent to that one casino.
Not as bad as it looks. That way players you sent previously play longer and may help iron out a winner.
And you’re still confining the damage to the players you were willing to send in the first place, while all your new site visitors are going where you chose for them.
This all makes clear sense in my head, but I am not sure I am expresing myself clearly here.
