As you may know we have used up our original room block at The Palms hotel. Unfortunately we were not able to get a new room block because the hotel is nearly 100% occupied. However, we have arranged for a 2nd room block at The National hotel in South Beach for $229 weekday and $299 weekend. Compared to other hotels of the same quality, the room rate is very good. There are only a limited number of rooms and once this block is used we will not be able to make group arrangements. The average hotel rate for this time period is $400.
