What do you mean by this statement? A number of months ago, I had a negative carryover of over $30,000 . Now I have a negative carryover of over $21,000. Over a year ago, my second last affiliate manager told me that he can zero out my negative carryovers if I give Cpays better exposure, but my current affiliate manager told me that this is not possible and that I would need to open a new account if I wish to have my monthly carryovers zeroed out.
