I am not sure I fully understand what you are talking about, but it sounds like you are interested in discussing how affiliates can supercede ISPs and possibly the government should they decide to filter gambling related sites.
If we know one thing it’s that you don’t mess with big brother; they can and will do with you as they please. Assuming legislation was to pass I would hope American based affiliates, if they decided to remain in the business would revamp their operations and wouldn’t be looking to advertise to American players.
As an affiliate living in the states, discussing ways to outsmart them and to potentially break future laws doesn’t seem too intelligent to me and definitely not sound business judgment.
