From what I have read in this post I am under the assumption that this promotion is only for players that have deposited at a casino rewards casino in the past.
However,
This promotion is causing a lot of problems with the members of my website because that term is not listed on the terms & conditions page.
I would strongly suggest you get that added (especially if you are going to continue to run this straight from the Captain Cook’s home page as well).
An even better suggestion – Drop that term. It only seems to be causing problems and giving the casino a bad image.
If this has changed and all new players are now able to use the promotion – please let us know.
