That really should not happen in most mergers. There is a problem when one program has a second tier and is bought by one that doesn’t.
That also happens when both programs have 2nd tier. If the 2nd tier isn’t signed up under you in the acquiring program they don’t transfer across. I was serious about this being a perk in acquiring property. Very handy.
