Webmaster7, They wrote this “Please have the cardholder send us a copy of government issued photo-identification such as a passport or drivers license and we can re-open this account. This information can be scanned and attached to your next response”
Now that they have my full details they want to have my picture too.. I’m confused.. is it a common thing? Plus the domain I wanted is no longer mine and on a new offer, they could at least kept it until we’ll fix this issue, It did not stoped them from charging my credit card though…
I’m really upset of the way they are dealing with it. :banger:
Shall I send them it anyway to clear things out.. that I wont have a “bad credit” with them in the future or shall I just buy another domain through “MarkMonitor” or somewhere else?
