There is a hotel called “The Grand” nearby. A Really nice place. Its less than 5 minutes walking from the hotel.
The Krasnapolsky also has a sister property called the Barbizon. I’ve never been there, but hear it’s OK.
I’ve seen the Intercontinental Hotel.. That’s nice too.

There are also alot of small hotels in the immediate area not listed….. best place to check is http://www.YELLOWPAGES.nl Just type in HOTEL in the First Box, then Amsterdam in the Third. The Search will figure out what you want and you’ll figure out the rest.
