This is BS, Tradal owes affiliates money. If Intertops is going to pay affiliates after they sold out,

The general assessment is this: Empire sold the value of the player for $3500/player. There are 2 possible settlements:

1. Depending on the deal you get (%share), you are entitled to the same % based on $3500 per player. Eg. if you sent 1 player to empire and your deal is 30% revenue share, then Tradal owes you 30% x $3500 = $1050. Therefore if you sent 100 players to Empire at 25% you should be paid out (100x$3500*25%) = $87,500!

2. That Party and Empire work out something where affiliates continue to receive the rev share they worked out before on a lifetime basis (as was originally agreed upon to).

I strongly urge that affiliates stand up to these guys and by not just removing their ads. I think we should all abort CasinoPays (owned by Tradal) . I believe CAP should de-certify CPays as well as this is a Tradal entity. These guys are a bunch of crooks. If this continues operators are going to continually use this strategy (even to the point of creating ‘fake’ acquisitions) to absolve responsibility for paying affiliates.

I agree. I think Tradal owes the money. The $250 million they got is 2.5 times more then their total revenues in 2005. Affiliates should be receiving a piece of that. That is more than enough money to keep them happy and their affiliates happy.

If they refuse to pay out, then we should stop promoting their other properties (i.e. noblepoker, clubdice, etc.)
