Here is what I did prior to reading your post:
Sent them an email stating that if they removed the $250 holdback and increased my percentage to 35% I would put them on my homepage (mainly because I like that casino – I have played there quite a few times 
). However, if they cannot get rid of the ridiculous holdback $$$, then it wouldn’t be worth it for me.
