In a landmark move congressmen in North Dakota have passed a bill that may allow online poker operators to be licensed in the US for the first time.
The Internet Poker Bill, HB1509, would allow poker firms to locate servers in the state and offer their services to a global audience.:kisser:
I spent about 4 hours reading state laws pertaining to online gambling and every state is totally different from one another.
I know alot of people are unhappy w/ us right now but the US is not a dictatorship and if ND is one of the states that passed the law in favor of the above, I don’t see how the Federal gov can repute that. Let’s everyone hope that all servers move to N Dakota –
